How many types of bread are there in the world?
Many, for sure.
But no one seems to comment on the exact (or even approximate) number.
Searching the net, some pages say 100, others 200.
Not that many then, considering that the Greek historian Athenaeus of Naucratis, who lived around the third century BC, in his work “Deipnosophistae” lists about sixty types of bread.
Truth is that it doesn’t really matter how many there may be, if we can’t agree on what can be called “bread“.
Wikipedia has a list of 359 types, but including bagels, pizza, waffles, panettone, and other things that are not commonly qualified as “bread“.
The fact is that: whatever type of bread you want to prepare, the Inox Bim retarder proofer is right for you!
